Cachet Homes, a leading luxury homebuilder in Arizona, is pleased to announce the debut of three new floor plans and accompanying models at its Crescent Falls community, which is located in Fulton Ranch in Chandler.

The floorplans range from 1,797 to 2,287 square feet and start at $249,900. In addition, each of the floorplans is eligible for the “Cachet Homebuyer Credit” where anyone who purchases a Cachet home from now until December 31, 2010 will receive an $8,000 credit toward options and/or closing costs in the community.

“Unlike the recent government incentives, to earn this credit, buyers need not be first-time homebuyers, simply Cachet homebuyers,” said Matt Cody, president of Cachet Homes. “And, unlike the government incentive, buyers will receive the credit to use immediately on anything from an outdoor kitchen to custom flooring to cabinet and countertop upgrades and more.”

Known for distinctive style and curb appeal, each new floorplan showcases the many Cachet differences that have helped to make the company one of the most prominent homebuilders in Arizona.

WHY BUY A NEW CACHET HOME VERSUS A RESALE?

#2  ENERGY EFFICIENCY

With rising utility costs, lack of energy efficiency in an old home is also a major consideration and upgrades in this area can be cost prohibitive.  Insulation in ceilings, walls and floors is often sub-standard or non-existent and old style windows waste heat and air almost as badly as if they were open. Cachet Homes installs energy efficient dual pane low E windows in their homes.

Also, very old air-conditioning and heating equipment is typically not designed for efficient use of fuel, requiring more money to produce a comfortable living temperature.  Cachet uses high efficiency 13-SEER units and programmable digital thermostats to help buyers save money and energy.

How Do You Handle Adversity?

Are you a Carrot, an Egg or Coffee?

A carrot, an egg, and a cup of coffee… You will never look at a cup of coffee the same way again.

A Carrot

A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how things were so hard for her.  She did not know how she was going to make it and wanted to give up.  She was tired of fighting and struggling.  It seemed as one problem was solved, a new on arose.

Her mother took her to the kitchen.  She filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire.   Soon the pots came to boil.  In the first she placed carrots, in the second she placed eggs, and in the last she placed ground coffee beans.  She let them sit and boil; without saying a word.

A Carrot

In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners.  She fished the carrots out and placed them in a bowl.  She pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl.  Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in a bowl.  Turning to her daughter, she asked “Tell me what you see”.

Carrots, eggs and coffee, she replied.

Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots.  She did and noted that they were soft.  The mother then asked the daughter to take an egg and break it.  After pulling off the shell, she observed the hardboiled egg.

Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee.  The daughter smiled as she tasted its rich aroma.  The daughter then asked “What does it mean, mother”?

Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same adversity:  boiling water.  Each reacted differently.

Coffee

The carrot went in strong, hard, and unrelenting.  However, after being subjected to the boiling water it softened and became weak.

The egg had been fragile.  Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior, but after sitting in the boiling water, its inside became hardened.

The ground coffee beans were unique, however.  After they were in the boiling water, they had changed the water.

Which are you?  When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond?  Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?

Think of this:  Which am I?  Am I the carrot that seems strong, but with pain and adversity do I wilt and become soft and lose my strength?

Am I the egg that starts with a malleable heart, but changes with the heat?  Did I have fluid spirit, but after a death, a breakup, a financial hardship or some other trial, have I become hardened and still?  Does my shell look the same, but on the inside am I bitter and tough with a stiff spirit and hardened heart?

Or am I like the coffee bean?  The bean actually changes the hot water, the very circumstance that that brings the pain.  When the water gets hot, it releases the fragrance and flavor.  If you are like the bean, when things are the worst, you get better and change the situation around you.

When the hour is the darkest and trials are their greatest do you elevate yourself to another level?  How do you handle adversity?  Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?

Why buy a New Cachet Home versus Resale???

#1 – SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND

Safety and Peace of Mind

New homes must adhere to up to date standards for structural stability, energy conservation and general safety, especially with regard to electrical systems, fireplaces and heating equipment.

Also, new construction does not have the wear of an older home and offers modern design features, contemporary conveniences and of course, a Cachet Home Warranty.

Announcing The $8,000 Cachet Homebuyer Credit

Cachet Homes is giving homebuyers an incentive to buy. Until the end of the year, the home builder is going to give any buyer $8,000 that can be applied to the purchase of a new home.

The group got the idea from the government homebuyer incentive and decided to take it one step further. What makes this deal unique is that shoppers don’t need to be first-time homebuyers to earn this credit. Anyone who purchases a home from Cachet can take advantage of the credit.

Homeowners can put the money toward upgrades on anything from an outdoor kitchen to custom flooring to cabinet and countertop upgrades and more. They can also use the credit toward closing costs.

The credit is available at all Cachet Homes locations in the valley as well as Flagstaff.

For more information about this incentive, visit www.cachethomes.net.
